High Temperature and abrasion resistant rollers belts and pads for aluminium extrusion handling systems are necessary for scrtach-free, abrasion free aluminium extruded products for anodosing quality extrusions. Our products are made of DuPont's Para-aramid Kevlar fibre. Kevlar rollers, pads and belt conveyors ensure  scratch-free, graphite-free extrusions. Kevlar felt products for handling aluminium extrusions. High temperature resistant kevlar products are made of heat resistant needled punched kevlar fibers, for working temperatures up to 600-,650° C. Main characteristics of our products: Eliminate damages to profiles during handling, eliminate black spots after anodising due to temperature changes during cooling from extrusion temperature. Our para-aramid kevlar products are absolutely asbestos free and non-toxic  High heat resistance run-out tables, with our kevlar felt high density roller ensure quality extrusions. With high resistance to elongation and softness for the profiles, our kavlar felt belts have progressively replaced woven kevlar belts. We have a felt belt or felt roller or felt pad to suit your extrusion handling system composed of runout conveyor, take-off belts or take-off arms, cooling table, strecher table, after streching table and finishing saw conveyor rollers. Our high temperature resistant belts can be seamless belts with or withour clipper lacing to join the ends of the belt for easier installation at your aluminium extrusion handling conveyor system. High density kevlar felt pads have a low heat conductivity. Therefore, if you have walking-beam cooling table extrusion handling system, when you replace graphite / hard wood on your conveyor or walking-beam,  our para aramid kevlar pads, roller covers or endless belts  increase the quality of your extruded aluminium profiles and your efficiency.
