| ALKALINE DEGREASING BATH POLYTOXAL DG 15 POLYTOXAL DG 15 (Art.no. 80024) is a weakly alkaline powder specifically formulated for use in degreasing aluminium and aluminum alloys prior to anodizing and chromating. This cleaner is free of caustic soda and silicates. It contains borates, phosphates as well as highly effective biologically degreadable tenside-mixtures. POLYTOXAL DG 15 cleans even hard-to-clean soils such as grinding and polishing pastes, pigments etc. without attacking the base metal. LONG LIFE ETCHING BATH POLYTOXAL DA 27 POLYTOXAL DA 27 (Art.no. 80023) is used in long life etching baths containing caustic soda as an etching additive. It is a weakly alkaline solution which contains no nitrate, nitrite, chlorate or chlorite. POLYTOXAL DA 27 provides matt finishes for aluminium. It decreases the dissolution rate of aluminium and lowers caustic soda consumption. POLYTOXAL DA 27 has excellent dispersing properties and prevents formation of petrous deposits even at high aluminium concentrations. TIN SULFATE SOLUTION 217 g/l (STANNOUS SULPHATE) Tin sulphate solution contains 120 g/l divalent tin (Sn++) and 2-5 gr/lt tetravalent tin. This solution is used to prepare electrocolouring bath to colour anodised aluminium in bronze shades and black. (Two step colouring of anodised aluminium) STABILIZER STABOPOL STABOPOL (Art. No. 80029) is a liquid stabiliser used in electrolytes containing stannous sulfate for electrocoloring of anodised aluminum. It prevents oxidation of divalent tin and improves throwing power of electrocoloring bath. STABOPOL is composed of organic acids and metal salts. It does not contain cresol or phenol sulphonic acids. It is odorless and does not create any problems in effluent treatment. (Two step colouring of anodized aluminum) POLYCOLOR POLYCOLOR (Art.no. 80028) is a ready-mix stabilised and balanced solution containing stannous sulfate and a stabiliser Stabopol (Art. No. 80029), for electrocoloring of anodised aluminum. POLYCOLOR is composed for the replenishment of electrolytes in electrocoloring of anodised aluminum. It has a stabiliser which prevents oxidation of divalent tin and improves throwing power of electrocoloring bath.((Two step coloring of anodised aluminium).
